What does the program include?
Workouts: 4 workouts available for FREE on Beachbody On Demand. Core Function, Cardio, Strength and Active Flex. These are the workouts used throughout the week-long group.

You will be part of my team for a week, and I will provide sensible accountability and mentorship, cheerleading and troubleshooting — as I do for all of my teammates.

(Another cool note about the workouts— they have an “intensifier”, so if you’re ready to up the ante, you can push yourself. But they are designed for the beginner.)
How much is it?
The package for the week is $29.95 plus a couple bucks for shipping. The workouts are yours to use as long as you’d like on Beachbody On Demand.

One reason I love Beachbody is their tools, like this kick butt mobile app. Totally private to my team, track your workouts, progress photos, weight and measurements, and get even more support.
Gone is the handwritten workout log, the calendar, the scribbled measurements. This keeps you accountable — mostly to yourself — by giving you a place to share your workouts, but also privately log your progress, share pictures, ideas, and encouragement.
